Delhi is packed with history, but most people only see the obvious tourist spots like the Red Fort or Qutub Minar. The real artifacts and hidden stories are buried in the streets, and people walk right past them because there is no platform guiding them. Here is the thing. History should feel like an adventure, not a textbook.

My Role

I led the UX research and designed the actual app. I started by building a targeted questionnaire and surveying a wide range of stakeholders to gather hard data. I needed a clear, holistic view of the problem before jumping into visual design. After analyzing why tourists and locals struggle to find these obscure spots, I translated those insights directly into the product. I designed an interface focused on discovery and made sure the user journey felt intuitive from start to finish.

The Objectives

What this really means is the app had to solve a few very specific problems.

  • Build a dedicated digital platform to guide users toward hidden cultural treasures.

  • Make locating and appreciating these obscure sites much easier for both locals and tourists through smart product design.

  • Create a system to document and preserve historical artifacts that are currently ignored.

  • Turn the entire experience into something educational where users uncover untold tales and bring home tangible pieces of history.

Services

Blending creativity and functionality.
